The physician's practice is limited in that he will not initiate or continue treatment with Tysabri infusion and Mycophenolate for any patient without obtaining approval from a board certified neurologist. The physician will transfer the care of patients receiving these treatments to a physician experienced in the treatment of multiple sclerosis within thirty days of the effective date of this order.
